Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Confirmation: Booking is confirmed once full payment is received via our website. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the experience. It is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability of cars and guides. 2. Changes and Cancellations: Date changes are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of the experience are eligible for a full refund. After this time, penalties apply. 3. Driving Requirements: A valid international driving license or a translation of their licenses into Japanese is required to participate in the experience as a driver. All participants must be at least 22 years old to drive and be in good physical condition to take the tour. 4. Insurance and Liability: Basic insurance is included in the price of the experience. However, excess fees may apply in case of damage to the vehicle. Participants must follow the safety instructions given by the guide and respect local traffic laws. 5. Weather Conditions: In case of extreme weather conditions (rain, typhoon, etc.), the experience can be postponed to a later date at no additional cost, depending on availability. 6. Extras and Services Not Included: The cost of meals, drinks and other personal expenses are not included in the price of the experience. Highway tolls or parking fees at certain stages of the tour may apply and will be the responsibility of the participants. 7. No-Show Policy: If the participant does not show up at the agreed time and location, the experience will not be refunded or rescheduled.
