Octane
Octane night drive through Tokyo

Guide

From choosing your route to meeting the team, here is how an Octane experience works.

01

Choose the route

Choose your experience

Start by choosing the experience that matches the night you want to live. Compare the route, duration, meeting area, and car format before selecting your date.

For self-drive experiences, you can choose the vehicle you want when availability allows it. Once the booking is confirmed, you receive the key details needed to prepare for the night.

02

Prepare documents

Prepare your license

If you book a self-drive experience, make sure your driving documents are valid for Japan before the day of the run. You will need your original driving license, passport, and the correct International Driving Permit or official translation when required.

Japan has strict license rules, so this step matters. If you are unsure about your permit type, contact us before booking and we will help you check what is needed.

03

Arrive early

Meet us on time

Arrive early at the meeting point so check-in, photos, vehicle confirmation, and briefing can happen without pressure. The team will confirm the final route, safety rules, convoy format, and communication process before departure.

For self-drive bookings, vehicle condition and handover are reviewed before the run. This keeps the start smooth and makes sure everyone understands how the experience will work.

04

Drive and share

Enjoy and share

Follow the lead car and enjoy Tokyo's night roads, parking areas, and car culture stops. The experience is designed to feel immersive, not rushed, with time to take photos, ask questions, and understand the scene around you.

After the run, share your feedback or tag Octane so the community can follow the night. The goal is not only to book a drive, but to leave with a real memory of Tokyo car culture.

If you have more questions before booking, check the FAQ or contact us and we will help you prepare the right experience.
