1. Bookings and payments
- The Experience must be booked in advance online or by contacting us directly.
- Payment may be made using any accepted payment method shown at checkout.
2. Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled start receive a 100% deposit refund.
- Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the Experience are non-refundable.
- For adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule and will offer a full refund or a new date.
3. Meeting point and transport
- Participants arrange their own transport to the agreed meeting point.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not included.
4. Liability and insurance
- We are not responsible for accidents, damage, or injuries occurring outside the vehicles used during the Experience.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions from the guide or photographer.
- Each participant must hold adequate personal insurance for the activities involved.
5. Participant conduct
- Participants must act respectfully and safely. Inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited before and during the Experience.
6. Image usage rights
- Unless you object in writing, you consent to photographs taken during the activity being used for Octane promotional purposes.
- Participants may use delivered high-resolution photos and videos personally. Commercial use or resale requires prior authorization.
7. Changes to the Experience
- We may change the itinerary, locations, or vehicles due to traffic, weather, or external factors.
- Participants will be informed as soon as possible of significant changes.
8. Disclaimer
- The Experience is provided for entertainment. We are not responsible for delays, losses, damage, or consequences caused by factors beyond our control.
9. Assumption of risk
- By participating, you accept the risks associated with urban driving and outdoor photo sessions, including traffic, weather, and environmental risks.
